John E. Amm, BSCE, MBA, CGC

Mr. John Amm brings over 37 years of extensive engineering and construction experience across both public and private sectors, specializing in civil engineering, development management, project management, and construction management. His expertise spans various domains including commercial, subdivision, and municipal project design, encompassing roadway, drainage, and water and sewer utility design.

Mr. Amm’s proficiencies extend to defining scopes of work, bid document preparation, permitting, project review and coordination, scheduling, cost estimation, construction inspections, quality control, and budgeting.

Having worked with reputable engineering firms and municipalities, Mr. Amm has held pivotal roles in ensuring the quality control of design documentation, budget preparation, and review of impact studies and governmental permitting processes. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University. Additionally, Mr. Amm is a licensed Class A General Contractor in the State of Florida (CGC 061830).

In his current capacity, Mr. Amm oversees all aspects of project management, engineering, and construction activities. This includes coordinating with consulting architects, engineers, contractors, and governmental agencies, as well as development management, project management, budgeting, permitting, scheduling, and field inspections to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes.

Mr. Brian Robinson brings over 27 years of comprehensive management and financial expertise within the banking, finance, and development/construction sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. Robinson has held significant roles in various financial institutions, specializing in structuring acquisition and development financing solutions for diverse commercial borrowers.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business, Mr. Robinson’s educational background aligns seamlessly with his professional accomplishments. His robust skill set and strategic insight have consistently contributed to the success of commercial real estate ventures, making him a trusted leader in the field.

Deanna Snitko

With 25 years of expertise spanning the architecture and construction sectors, Ms. Snitko brings a wealth of experience in commercial, hospitality, and multi-family projects. Her versatile background includes pivotal roles such as project manager, design manager, owner representative, and business development manager, both domestically and internationally.

Ms. Snitko’s proficiency extends across various facets of the industry, encompassing interior design, space planning, product specification, and RFQ responses. Notably, she has collaborated directly with factories across several countries, overseeing the production of hospitality furnishings and conducting on-site quality control assessments.

Armed with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design, Ms. Snitko combines her extensive knowledge with a keen eye for detail to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. Her commitment to excellence and strategic approach make her a valuable asset in driving successful architectural and construction endeavors.
